CQC Registered Manager – Supported Living
We are looking for an experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead a supported living service in London.
We are particularly interested in candidates who are already registered with CQC, or have previously been a CQC Registered Manager, and have experience managing supported living/personal care services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the supported living service.
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and fundamental standards.
- Lead and supervise support staff.
- Oversee care/support plans, risk assessments, safeguarding and medication procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and quality-assurance systems.
- Work with local authorities, social workers and other professionals.
- Support the provider through the CQC registration/variation process and ongoing compliance.
Essential/desired experience
- Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager or substantial relevant management experience.
- Supported living and/or domiciliary care experience.
- Strong understanding of CQC requirements.
- Experience with safeguarding, staffing and care planning.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or equivalent/working towards it, desirable.
Location: London
Salary: From £30,000 per year, dependent on experience.
