Overview
Aurelia is looking for a friendly, hard-working full-time Waitress to join our team in Aylesbury. This is a full-time position (please note: we are only considering full-time candidates for this role). You will be the face of our venue, delivering warm, attentive service and helping create a memorable experience for every guest.
Pay is £12.71 to £14.00 per hour plus tips, with tips shared among the team on top of your hourly rate.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly and take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly and to a high standard
- Make recommendations and answer questions about the menu
- Set, clear and reset tables, keeping the dining area clean and presentable
- Handle payments and process bills correctly
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues to ensure smooth service
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any concerns promptly and politely
Requirements
- Previous waiting or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
- Available to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
- Friendly, professional manner with strong customer service skills
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A positive team player with good communication skills
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
