To support the registered nurses by:
Acting under the direction of the registered nurses, ensuring that care of the highest standard is delivered to all residents.
Assisting in the planning and recording of care.
Ensure that an accurate handover report is completed after each shift with detail to each recording section, this maintains an enhanced pathway of communication between Senior Team leaders, senior staff and the manager.
Monitoring and supervising the work of care assistants.
Supporting care assistants in their role as Key Workers.
Upholding the reputation of Brockfield House by dealing professionally with all residents, visitors, and visiting professionals.
