Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Deep Clean Manager to join our team. The Deep Clean Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing all deep cleaning operations across assigned facilities. This role ensures high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation are consistently met in compliance with health and safety regulations. The manager leads a team of cleaning staff, manages schedules, oversees the use of specialized equipment and chemicals, and ensures that deep cleaning procedures are performed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and supervise all deep cleaning operations
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitise surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of work.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques or methods related to cleaning.
