Part-Time Nanny & Housekeeper (Monday–Wednesday)
We are looking for a warm, reliable and proactive Nanny & Housekeeper to join our family three days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday), working approximately 6–7 hours per day.
This is a varied role combining childcare and household management. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children while also taking pride in keeping a home running smoothly.
Childcare Responsibilities
- Collect our 15-month-old daughter from nursery.
- Provide a safe, nurturing and engaging environment.
- Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks.
- Feed, bathe and dress her as needed.
- Plan age-appropriate activities, play and learning opportunities.
- Support her development through reading, outdoor play and creative activities.
- Keep her play areas, toys and belongings clean and organised.
- Follow her daily routine and communicate any updates from the day.
Housekeeping Responsibilities
While our daughter is at nursery, responsibilities will include:
- General tidying and organising throughout the home.
- Laundry, including washing, folding and putting clothes away.
- Changing bed linen when required.
- Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.
- Emptying bins and maintaining a clean living environment.
- Organising cupboards, wardrobes and household items as needed.
- Running occasional household errands if required.
- Helping ensure the home remains clean, organised and well maintained.

- Trustworthy, reliable and punctual.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Experienced in both childcare and housekeeping.
- Confident preparing simple, healthy family meals.
- Happy to become an important part of our family’s routine.
Previous nanny or childcare experience is essential, and an enhanced DBS check and excellent references are preferred. A first aid qualification would also be an advantage.
