The Role
As a part time Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for buyers and sellers. You will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales while maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
This is a varied, customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Register buyers and understand their property requirements.
- Arrange property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.
- Generate and book market appraisals.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors and mortgage advisers.
- Follow up enquiries from property portals and company marketing.
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM system (Alto).
- Provide regular feedback to vendors following viewings.
- Assist in achieving office sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the moving process.
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous estate agency experience. 2 year minimum.
- Be confident, professional and well presented.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Be confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Working days:
Ideally we are looking for Monday, Tuesday and Friday 08:45 to 17:00 and one in two Saturdays between 09:00 and 12:30
