We're recruiting a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a prestigious global luxury brand's Head Office in Central London.

The Role

Lead the day-to-day kitchen operation.

Take ownership of all hot food production.

Produce high-quality canapés, bowl food and fork buffets.

Manage food costs, ordering and stock control.

Maintain exceptional food quality and food safety standards.

Lead and develop a small kitchen team.
About You
-
Head Chef experience within Contract Catering or Business & Industry.

Strong fresh food background.
-
Hospitality and events experience.
-
Comfortable leading premium corporate catering.

Passion for food quality and presentation.

Level 3 Food Safety (essential).

A hands-on leader with excellent organisational skills.
