Job Summary

Duties
- Assist senior staff in planning and delivering engaging activities that promote learning and development for children
- Support children’s daily routines, including playtime, mealtimes, and nap times, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a welcoming environment
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized childcare setting in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support management in supervising children during outings or special events
- Contribute to the development of individual care plans tailored to each child's needs
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your understanding of early childhood education practices
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or in a nursery setting is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to connect positively with children and colleagues
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Knowledge of childcare principles and early childhood education best practices
- Valid driving license is preferred for supporting transportation needs or outings
- A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning and personal development
- Management skills or previous leadership experience will be advantageous
