Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and patrol assigned areas, ensuring the safety of all individuals and property on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unauthorized entry
- Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance, assessing the situation and taking appropriate action
- Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents, including detailed incident reports
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate locations
- Enforce access control procedures, verifying identification and granting or denying access as necessary
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when required, providing support during emergencies or incidents
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and security systems, reporting any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel.
Experience:
- Previous experience in security environment is essential, must have valid DS licence.
- Familiarity with first aid procedures is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
