Overview
We are looking for someone to help manage a two bedroom Air BnB business. The property has two small ensuite bedrooms and a kitchenette. Two sets of guests may be occupying the two rooms at once so it is important to be available and updated with the schedule of guest arrivals provided to ensure the rooms are available for new guests to check in. There is no fixed schedule as it is dependent on guest bookings. Guests are expected to checkout by 11am while new guests check in by 3pm, so an ideal candidate should be available between 11am and 2pm on weekdays, the occasional weekend may be required also. The accommodation is small and it is expected to take between 30-60 minutes to prepare for a new guest arriving.
Responsibilities
When a guest checks out:
- Changing bedding used bedding and towels
- Checking for old/expired food in the fridge and kitchenette
- Cleaning bathroom including sink, shower and toilet
- Ensuring cleanliness overall cleanliness of the room, including mirrors floors an windows
- Refilling consumables e.g. cereal, hand wash, body wash
