Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Site Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This pivotal role involves managing daily site operations, coordinating with teams, ensuring safety compliance and maintaining project timelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and supervising experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Monitor site safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Utilize Primavera P6 to develop, update, and manage project schedules, track progress, and identify potential delays.
- Lead and motivate construction teams, providing clear guidance and resolving on-site issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, safety incidents, and progress reports.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout all phases of construction.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in construction supervision or related roles.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Demonstrated supervising experience on large-scale construction sites.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to construction sites.
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and adapt to changing project demands.
