What you'll do:
- Lead the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of community services and outreach programmes.
- Develop strategies that strengthen community engagement and organisational impact.
- Build and maintain partnerships with community organisations, public agencies, businesses, and stakeholders.
- Oversee programme operations, budgets, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
- Monitor service performance and implement initiatives that improve programme quality and community outcomes.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to develop new community programmes and service opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, funding requirements, and relevant regulations.
- Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement across community services.
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams while fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Experience in community services, programme management, public services, social services, non-profit organisations, business operations, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous senior leadership or management experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and strategic planning abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple programmes and organisational priorities effectively.
- Passion for community development, service excellence, and organisational leadership.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £6,500.00-£8,700.00 per month
