Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, providing exceptional service to enhance their experience
- Manage daily store operations, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized environment
- Support sales initiatives by promoting products and upselling when appropriate
- Supervise team members, delegate tasks efficiently, and foster a collaborative team atmosphere
- Oversee inventory management, including stock checks and accurate record keeping
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing transactions, managing phone inquiries with professional etiquette, and maintaining store records
- Assist in training new staff members and supervising team performance to ensure high standards of customer service
Qualifications
- Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or related fields
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—along with good phone etiquette
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, and retail operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Administrative experience is preferred to support store functions smoothly
