Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Full-Time Sales Assistant for our showroom. This role centers on providing excellent service and maintaining a beautiful shopping environment. If you are confident, proactive, and team-oriented, join us!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and advise on flooring, furniture, and fashion.
- Process sales transactions using our bespoke POS system.
- Oversee warehouse control, ensuring stock is safely stored and organised.
- Monitor showroom stock levels and assist with inventory control.
- Move furniture and lift stock safely to refresh store displays.
- Handle customer product enquiries in person, on the telephone, social media and via email.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards across the showroom floor.
Requirements
- Full availability to work a 5-day rota, including weekends.
- Welcoming personality with excellent communication skills.
- Confident computer skills (Windows, Google Drive, email).
- Strong team player with a positive, punctual work ethic.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting furniture and showroom stock safely.
- Retail, showroom, or customer service experience is preferred.
