WHAT YOU’RE HERE TO DO
Our AV unit sits within the wider activation team. As a team, we’re committed to delivering forward-facing, outcomes-based AV campaigns that enable our clients to get the most from their investment.
We are looking for an AV Account Manager to drive the AV delivery across our biggest and newest clients, including BetVictor Group, Vinarchy, People’s Pension, Numan and Clearpay.

Your key responsibilities will be:
Client Delivery
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver strong and clear AV recommendations, reports and campaign analysis
- Use media planning and buying products, tools and services to deliver best-in-class AV campaigns
- Manage the setup, buying and optimization of AV campaigns to ensure best-in-class delivery
- Use negotiation skills to secure optimal airtime and pricing
Agency
- Help in making us known for Relative Advantage.
- Set the bar for quality – don’t let anything you touch leave the building unless it’s excellent.
- Embody Relative Advantage and our three values – No Sacred Cows, Don’t Follow The Herd and No Bullshit.
- Support and guide junior team members of the team
People
- Foster strong working relationships with all internal departments and cross-functional teams
- Seek opportunities to help out with the wider team and create learning opportunities
- Actively share your knowledge with team executives to support their growth and development
- Delegate tasks, provide support/training to develop your Account Executive with support from your Account Director
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Skills you will need:
The AV Account Manager is expected to have the following skills and knowledge:
- Experience of delivering impactful and varied AV campaigns for clients of all sizes.
- Detailed knowledge of TV, VOD, Cinema and Audio channels
- Numerate, analytical and capable of distilling data into actionable insights.
- Experience with TV attribution and reporting, buying & delivering to audited guarantees
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Responsible and accountable for their own work, with the ability to balance a varied and demanding workload.
- Knowledgeable about clients’ businesses and markets, as well as how media strategy contributes to success.
- Track record of building and maintaining good relationships with both media owners and clients.
- Proficient skills in Excel and PowerPoint
