We work with a variety of Networks, Insurance Providers and Housing Associations.
This vacancy is an additional role, due to our steady continued growth.
After initial induction you will start and finish from home and your work will be delivered electronically.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and repair domestic gas appliances and heating systems
- Complete basic plumbing repairs on pipes, taps, sinks and toilets
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
- Ensure all work complies with current safety and industry standards
- Good communication skills, liaising with customers & colleagues.
- Neat and tidy worker who takes pride in your work, Van & appearance.
- Complete Apps, Certificates Job Reports and documentation accurately.
Requirements
- ACS qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1
- Experience in domestic gas servicing and repairs
- Fault finding and diagnostic skills - and willing to learn & develop.
- Basic Plumbing Experience. Blocked Sinks / Leaky Pipes / Faulty Taps etc.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Current UK driving licence, with no more than 6 points
- Disclosure Scotland certificate - (Clean) - we will pay for.
- Friendly manner and able to blend with our existing team.
