Bridgegate Security is recruiting Door Supervisors to join the opening security team at an exciting brand new bar and nightclub in Bath.
We're looking for professional, reliable Door Supervisors to become part of the team from the outset, working alongside an experienced Head Door Supervisor to create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for customers.
This is a great opportunity to secure regular work at a completely new venue and become part of the core team from day one.
What You'll Get
- £13.25 per hour, paid weekly
- Regular shifts every Friday and Saturday night

- Support from an experienced Head Door Supervisor and Bridgegate Operations team
- Additional work across other Bridgegate venues where available

What We're Looking For
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence – essential
- Smart, professional presentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly and approachable with customers
- Confident interacting with venue management and colleagues
- Reliable, punctual and team focused
- Calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations
- Comfortable working within a busy late night environment
Previous experience within bars, clubs or late night hospitality is preferred but not essential. We're equally interested in newly qualified Door Supervisors with the right personality, attitude and approach.
