Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Multi Drop Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving and warehouse operations. This position involves driving a van, making deliveries, and requires the ability to communicate effectively. This is a self employed role with delivery vehicle and petrol fully funded by the HSLT at no cost to our drivers.
Duties:
- Safely operate a delivery van to transport goods to customers
- Load and unload items from the vehicle
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Assist in warehouse duties as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role
- Commercial driving experience is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with local routes and areas
