Grounds Maintenance Operative for READING AND OXFORD AREAS
Job Type: Temporary/Seasonal
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our commercial maintenance teams in Reading & Boars Hill to help out in our busiest season . You will be responsible for maintaining high standards across commercial sites including schools, business parks, retail parks, housing developments, and managed properties.
This is a full time position for a temporary time only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and general grounds upkeep
- Weed control and basic planting
- Litter picking and site presentation
- Operating mowers and powered grounds equipment safely
- Ensuring all work meets health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
- Ability to use commercial grounds maintenance equipment
- Full UK driving licence (advantageous)
- PA1/PA6 certification (advantageous)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all weather
- DBS Certificate (advantageous)

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
