Venn Group are recruiting for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer / Resident Liaison Officer to support works in the Preston area. This Tenant Liaison Officer role is due to start as soon as possible and will suit someone with strong customer service, resident engagement and housing works experience.

The role
As Tenant Liaison Officer / Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact for tenants during housing works. The Tenant Liaison Officer will ensure residents are kept informed, appointments are coordinated and any issues are escalated quickly to contractors or internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with tenants before, during and after works
- Book appointments and support access arrangements
- Work closely with contractors and site teams
- Provide clear updates to residents on works and timescales
- Record resident queries, complaints and concerns accurately
- Support smooth delivery of housing maintenance or planned works
- Escalate access issues, safeguarding concerns or service problems
About you
- Experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer, Resident Liaison Officer, RLO or TLO
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience working with tenants, contractors or housing teams
- Confident managing resident queries and expectations
- Able to start quickly in the Preston area
