About Us
The Sloop Inn is one of St Ives’ most historic and iconic waterfront pubs with 23 letting rooms. We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper to join our friendly team and help maintain our high standards for guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve breakfast to our in-house residents.
- Clean and service 21 guest rooms to a high standard.
- Ensure all guest areas and public spaces are clean and well presented.
- Work efficiently as part of the housekeeping team.
- Follow all hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Must live locally (early starts; no staff accommodation).
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player.
- Flexibility to work weekends.
