Fridays Limited is looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our growing team on a Friday to Tuesday contract.
This role offers guaranteed 50 hours per week.
About the Role:
As a key member of our transport team, you will play an important role in maintaining our excellent reputation for reliability, safety, and customer service.
We are looking for professional drivers with a minimum of 2 years' HGV Class 1 driving experience who are committed to delivering a great service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete all daily vehicle and trailer safety checks before commencing work.
- Ensure loads are secured correctly and assist with loading and unloading when required.
- Carry out deliveries safely, efficiently, and professionally.
- Follow planned routes and schedules provided by our transport team.
- Maintain high standards of vehicle and trailer cleanliness.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Comply with all relevant driving, transport, and health & safety regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a valid HGV Class 1 licence.
- Have a minimum of 2 years' HGV Class 1 driving experience.
- Have a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
- Be reliable, professional, and punctual.
- Have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Work well both independently and as part of a team.
