We are seeking a Receptionist to support the daily operations of the contract in a fast-paced, agile role.
This position involves hosting in the lobby, meeting and greeting guests, managing meeting room bookings, overseeing hospitality services, and responding to client requests face to face.
Job Description
We are looking for an individual to work closely with the Workplace Experience Management Team, supporting reporting, day-to-day office operations, and ensuring the contract runs efficiently and profitably.
This role also has a strong focus on security initiatives and requires flexibility to work across multiple areas within the building, including Reception, Helpdesk, Security, Post Room, Management Office, and Meeting Rooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Host in the lobby area and provide a professional meet-and-greet service for guests
- Manage meeting room bookings and support all hospitality requirements
- Respond to client requests face to face in a timely and professional manner
- Support the Workplace Experience Management Team with reporting and office tasks
- Work across multiple areas including Reception, Helpdesk, Security, Post Room, Management Office, and Meeting Rooms
- Monitor and support the performance of the WX Host, including 1-2-1s with support from the FM Lead
- Coordinate all aspects of hospitality, including catering requests, supplier procurement, quotations, orders, and reporting
- Carry out regular audits to ensure standards align with client expectations
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- A good basic education, including GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Excellent PC skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- PowerPoint, CAFM systems experience, SIA licence, and NVQ in Customer Service (desirable)
