Are you a qualified Nursery Practitioner and would like the opportunity to work in a beautiful nursery in Watford.
This role offers you the opportunity to work full -time or part- time.
You will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of young children, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Some of your responsibilities will include:-
- To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
- Be the key person for a group of children. Observe, monitor and record the progress of the children identifying the next steps that will support their learning and development.
- To plan, prepare and review the curriculum with the team in your room, reflective of the EYFS
- Support students, volunteers, unpaid staff and students undertaking work placements, ensuring they are given the proper support to acquire the skills and knowledge to work effectively within the setting.
- To work in partnership with parents and carers
- To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:-
- Full and relevant level 3 qualification in Early Years or recognised equivalent
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of safeguarding practices and a Relevant safeguarding/child protection training undertaken, and the ability to meet annual training update requirements
- Current experience and training in the EYFS
- A high degree of professionalism
All successful applicants will be required to have an Enhanced DBS carried out.
