Overview
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Print Finisher to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties
- Assist with the finishing of printed materials, including trimming
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and sewing equipment under supervision
- Support fabrication tasks such as assembling printed products and components
- Handle heavy lifting of materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
- Maintain organisation of work areas within the warehouse or production floor
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards throughout all tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of print finishing projects
Skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and troubleshooting
- Experience with hand tools and power tools is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Familiarity with sewing, fabrication, or assembly processes is a plus
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding inventory handling and organisation
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently over extended periods
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different tasks within the print finishing process

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
