Duties
- Assist licensed pharmacists with medication dispensing, labeling, and inventory management
- Support medication administration processes under supervision, ensuring accuracy and safety
- Provide excellent patient care by answering questions and offering guidance on medication usage
- Prepare prescription orders accurately and efficiently, following all safety protocols
- Maintain detailed records of medication transactions, inventory levels, and patient interactions
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy workspace to promote efficiency and safety
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices
Requirements
- Prior experience as a pharmacy technician or related healthcare role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
