Door Supervisors – Colchester
£13.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | Regular Weekend Shifts
Bridgegate Security is recruiting Door Supervisors for one of Colchester's busiest late-night venues.
We are looking to strengthen our existing team with reliable, professional individuals who are confident working in a busy nightlife environment and can represent both the venue and Bridgegate Security to a high standard.
Whether you already have experience within the industry or are newly qualified and looking to build experience, we would like to hear from you.
What You'll Get

- Regular Friday and Saturday night shifts

What We're Looking For
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
- Smart, professional presentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident interacting with customers, venue management, and colleagues
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Able to remain calm and professional in a busy late-night environment
Previous experience within pubs, bars, or nightclubs is preferred but not essential.
