The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Nursery Apprentice to train alongside our experienced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience in a real nursery environment while working towards your Level 3 qualification.
In this role, you will:
- Support with planning and delivering engaging activities that promote children’s learning and development
- Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Assist children with daily routines, learning through play, and personal care
- Communicate with parents and contribute to building positive relationships
- Study towards your Early Years qualification with full support from the team

- A genuine interest in childcare and early years development
- Commitment to completing an apprenticeship
- A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
- Reliability and a willingness to learn
- Level 2 qualified (preferred) now looking to progress to Level 3
