The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Installations & Compliance Coordinator to own the administrative backbone of our installations operation. This is a critical role — if the paperwork isn’t right, the job isn’t done, and we need someone who understands that and takes pride in it.
You’ll be the person who keeps certifications in order and makes sure our third-party relationships — including heat pump partners — run smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing MCS certification documentation and ensuring compliance across all installation types
- Submitting and tracking DNO applications from initiation through to approval
- Liaising with third-party partners on heat pump installations and associated admin
- Ensuring post-installation paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Maintaining accurate records across solar, battery storage, EV and heat pump projects
- Supporting grant and scheme administration where required (BUS, ECO4 etc.)
- Being the first point of contact for compliance queries internally and externally
What We’re Looking For in an ideal candidate
- Proven Admin experience in a renewables or construction installation environment
- Experience with electrical and mechanical certification and documentation
- Strong organisational skills and a genuine attention to detail
- Comfortable chasing people, escalating where needed, and holding a process
- Confident communicator — written and verbal
- Experience with grant schemes or utility applications is a strong advantage
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload
Help and guidance are on hand at all times. Full training on all new processes and clients requirements. You will start along side the current team doing this with a plan to take over.
You will attend our office in Mansfield NG18 and become part of the team.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
