As we continue to invest in new technology, systems, and the future growth of the business, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service & Administration Coordinator to join our front-of-house team.
This is a varied and rewarding role at the centre of our day-to-day operations. You'll be the key link between customers, technicians, and suppliers, helping ensure everything runs smoothly while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

> The Role:
As a Customer Service & Administration Coordinator, this is a varied, fast-paced position where you'll help keep the workshop organised while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and handling enquiries in person, by telephone, and email.
- Liaising with the workshop manager and vehicle technicians regarding repairs and maintenance work.
- Preparing estimates and discussing repair options with customers.
- Ordering parts and communicating with suppliers.
- Assisting in the allocation of work and updating workshop schedules.
- Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
- Managing customer updates and ensuring excellent communication throughout the repair process.
- Helping customers understand available repair, maintenance and service options.
- Problem solving and helping keep daily operations running efficiently.
> What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Curiosity, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good administrative and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience in a customer-facing sales or service role.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Automotive experience is beneficial but not essential. We are happy to train the right individual who has the right attitude, enthusiasm, and customer-focused mindset.
An interest in cars and a willingness to develop your knowledge of vehicle maintenance and parts will be important.

> Working Hours:
Full-Time Permanent Position
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, within our operating hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm.
(Some flexibility around start and finish times may be considered for the right candidate.)
