Equipment Maintenance Manager UK
Due to continued growth, WellGear is seeking a skilled and motivated onshore Equipment Maintenance Manager to join its expanding and dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company’s development while contributing to a dedicated and close-knit workforce.
Role:
The successful candidates’ main role will be managing all maintenance activities in the workshop. Scheduling and ensuring that all maintenance records are up to date.
This includes but is not limited to:
· Managing and overseeing the maintenance management system
· Working alongside the Client to ensure maintenance activities are in line with standards
· Managing any upgrade or modifications required
· Sourcing any spares needed
· Managing any third-party inspectors / vendors needed
· Managing mechanics
· Creation and adjustment of maintenance routines
This would suit a candidate with the following qualities:
· Hands on approach with a can-do attitude
· High level of attention to detail
· Takes pride in their work
· Computer literate with Microsoft word and Excel
· Prior experience of cloud-based certification management systems
· Self-motivated
· Prior experience of drilling maintenance and equipment
· Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
