Salary: £28,000–£30,000 basic + up to £3,000 achievable commission
Hours: 40 hours per week | Rota’d shifts between Monday to Friday (07:55–19:15), Saturday (08:55–18:15) & Sunday (09:55–16:15)

You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales, support the team, maintain high operational standards and ensure every customer receives an excellent experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
- Winning new business, upselling, and managing existing accounts
- Ensuring smooth branch operations, including cleanliness, store presentation, key holder, and alarm responsibilities
- Overseeing the letting of storage rooms and office space, merchandise sales, and following up on customer enquiries
- Processing card and BACS payments, and supporting credit control
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing sales, retail, hospitality or managerial role
- A confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Commercially minded with a proven ability to identify and maximise sales opportunities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including weekends
- Reside within a 30-minute travel radius of the store (Required)
- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle preferred
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with the ability to take ownership and use initiative
