We’re looking for an experienced butcher to join our busy and friendly team at Lakeland Farm Visitor Centre.
This is an opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft, enjoys working with customers, and wants to be part of a business that values quality, tradition and great service.
What we’re looking for
● Experience in all aspects of traditional butchery.
● Confidence working with full carcasses would be preferred and carrying out all butchery requirements to a high standard.
● Excellent customer service skills with the personality to build rapport—a bit of good banter goes a long way.
● A strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, traceability and compliance. Maintaining the highest standards is essential.
● A reliable team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for quality produce.
