The Opportunity
My client, a well-established and highly respected Central London law firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate & Commercial Partner to join its growing and successful team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Partner with a demonstrable client following to join a collaborative and entrepreneurial firm with a strong reputation across corporate, commercial, real estate, litigation, employment and private client services.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the continued growth of the Corporate & Commercial practice, working closely with colleagues across the firm and benefiting from a strong referral network and complementary service offering.
The Role
You will advise a broad range of clients including owner-managed businesses, investors, developers, hospitality operators and corporate entities on matters including:
- Mergers, acquisitions and disposals
- Joint venture and shareholder agreements
- Corporate structuring and reorganisations
- Management buy-outs and buy-ins
- Corporate finance transactions
- Shareholder and investor arrangements
- Corporate governance and directors' duties
- Partnership and LLP structures
- Commercial contracts and service agreements
- Supply and distribution agreements
- Confidentiality agreements
- Banking and finance matters
- Loan agreements and secured lending transactions
- Asset finance arrangements
- Intellectual property-related commercial advice
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years' PQE
- Existing client following and ability to generate work
- Strong technical expertise across corporate and commercial law
- Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
- Proven billing and business development track record
- Ability to work independently while contributing to wider firm growth
- Strong networking, communication and leadership skills

Pay: £75,420.00-£120,475.13 per year
