Catering Assistants
With the full relaunch of our restaurant Meadow Croft Kitchen pending, we are currently recruiting for Catering Assistants on a casual contract basis. In addition to the benefits listed further below, we also offer tips for all catering team members and daytime working (the garden centre closes at 5pm each day, 4pm on a Sunday).
We are keen to receive applications from candidates who have FOH experience and are available to work week days and weekends on a rota basis.
As a Catering Assistant, your role will involve predominantly working in our Front of House areas, greeting customers, taking orders, running food and drinks and everything in between. You will be required to learn our menus and have a sound understanding of our allergy procedures ensuring you can confidently handle customer queries
We encourage candidates with experience to apply, but full in-house training will be delivered so if you are looking for a busy hands-on role within a great team, we’d love to hear from you!
Please note that, due to the location of our garden centre, having your own transport is preferred.

Meadow Croft Kitchen has a well-established reputation for serving delicious homemade dishes, bakes and cakes, together with daily specials and afternoon tea.
