AF Kyiv Audit Service LLC is seeking a highly qualified and fully licensed UK Registered Statutory Auditor to conduct a financial audit for an English Limited Partnership (LP).
The LP operates with an international corporate structure, specifically involving corporate partners based in Panama and Ukraine.
Current Status of Financials:
The financial statements for the relevant accounting period have already been fully prepared internally according to IFRS standards. We require a licensed professional to review these prepared statements and issue the formal Independent Auditor’s Report.
Key Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you MUST meet the following criteria:
1.Active License: You or your firm must be actively listed on the UK Register of Statutory Auditors (RSA).
2. Qualifications: You must hold an Audit Qualification (AQ) and a Practising Certificate (PC) from a Recognised Supervisory Body (e.g., ICAEW or ACCA).
3.Compliance & AML: Deep understanding of international corporate structuring and comfort handling standard KYC/AML procedures involving offshore jurisdictions (specifically Panama).
Project Scope & Deliverables:
Review: Conduct an audit of the provided IFRS financial statements.
Reporting: Issue and sign the final Independent Auditor’s Report.
