The Role
We’re looking for a confident and experienced Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team. You’ll work closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations, uphold service standards, and support the development of our all-day café and bar concept.
This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role, make an impact, and help shape the culture and direction of a growing independent business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day service and ensure a high standard of hospitality
- Support and motivate the front-of-house team
- Assist with opening/closing procedures and stock management
- Help deliver an engaging café, bar, and events experience
- Maintain a positive, welcoming environment for guests and staff alike
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role
- Excellent baristas skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach and attention to detail
- Passion for food, coffee, people, and hospitality
- A calm, confident presence on the floor
