Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our reputable property letting agency. Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers or tenants
- Negotiate offers between vendors/landlords and buyers/tenants to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales and lettings, including preparing documentation and updating records
- Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals involved in the transaction process
- Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online listings and social media platforms
- Organise appointments, viewings, and follow-up meetings efficiently to maximise business opportunities
Experience
- Previous administrative experience is preferred, demonstrating organisational efficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for effective negotiation and client interaction
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively
- Proven organisational skills to manage multiple clients, appointments, and documentation simultaneously
- Experience within the property industry is advantageous

Personal specification:
- At least 3 years’ experience within a residential property management role
- Ideally be ARLA / NFoPP qualified
- Customer-focused with commitment to maintaining excellent service standards at all times
- Possess a composed manner in order to be able to work under pressure and problem solving
- Organised and systematic – ability to prioritise workloads
- An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion
- Good working knowledge of IT / property management systems
- Full UK driving licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
It is important to note that this is a 6month trial role and permanent position will be given based on performance at month 6
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
