Monday - Thursday 08.00 to 16.00 Friday 08:00 – 15:00

An opportunity has arisen within our Transport Fleet management team for an enthusiastic individual to join the Transport Workshops as a Vehicle Inspector undertaking all vehicle statutory MOT/Taxi/Private Hire inspections and compliance checks on both public, licenced and CDC fleet vehicles
Duties include:
The inspection of private cars/vans/light commercial (up to 3500kg) and small minibuses in line with the current Vehicle Operations Standards Operations (VOSA) requirements and legislation encompassed within the MOT Scheme. When required, to carry out Hackney and private hire tests in accordance with council licensing and enforcement regulations.
