We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and caring individual to join our team as a Female Care Assistant supporting a client in their own home in Malton.
This role offers consistent, set shifts every week, making it ideal for someone seeking regular part-time hours and a rewarding role within care.
You will play a vital role in supporting the client to maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing while remaining in the comfort of their own home.
Please note: Due to the personal care requirements of our service user, this role is restricted to female applicants under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.
Pay Rates
- £12.71 per hour during training and probation
- Increase to £13.32 per hour following successful completion of training and probation
Experienced Care Assistants
- £13.32 per hour
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' professional care experience
Working Pattern
This role offers fixed weekly shifts:
- Saturday: 8:30am - 1:30pm
- Sunday: 8:30am - 1:30pm
- Monday: 8:30am - 1:30pm

What You'll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant, your duties may include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Supporting with washing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing light meals and drinks
- Assisting with medication prompts
- Encouraging independence and wellbeing
- Supporting with light household tasks
- Maintaining accurate care records

A driving licence is not required for this role, provided you can reliably travel to and from the client's home for your scheduled shifts.
