Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies efficiently and safely to maintain a spotless environment
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and consistency
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and supplies used for accountability
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
- Excellent communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures is a plus
