Salary: £36,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: 6:30am – 3:00pm
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (increasing to 21 days after one year)

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a focused and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our Central Production Unit (CPU) at Bennett Hay.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality food daily for our business and industry (B&I) clients.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Central Production Unit.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver consistently high culinary standards.
- Contribute ideas for menu development, recipes and new products.
- Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and compliance standards.
- Ensure food is prepared, stored and presented to the highest quality.
- Support stock rotation, organisation and efficient kitchen operations.
- Continuously develop your culinary skills within a supportive and professional environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years’ relevant culinary experience.
- Previous experience within a Central Production Unit (CPU) is desirable.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A genuine desire to learn, develop and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and compliance procedures.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
- Energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for hospitality and great food.
- A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
