Responsibilities

- Build trusting relationships through effective communication skills, offering guidance and support during challenging moments
- Assist with transportation needs by driving children to appointments, school, or community activities safely and responsibly
- Monitor and document each child's progress, behaviors, and any incidents accurately to inform ongoing care strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans that reflect the child's evolving needs
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and conducting regular safety checks
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a caregiving or childcare setting is highly valued
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record to facilitate transportation responsibilities
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, colleagues, and external agencies
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in child support services
- Ability to use IT systems for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes efficiently
