As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Repairs Planner / Administrator to join our office team in Fleet.

You’ll play a vital part in keeping repairs moving, supporting our operatives, communicating with residents and clients, and ensuring every job is delivered efficiently from instruction through to completion.

The Role
Working within our busy office, you’ll become one of the central points of communication between clients, residents, subcontractors and our operational teams.
You’ll ensure repairs are scheduled efficiently, jobs are progressing as planned and everyone involved has the information they need.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Planning and coordinating responsive repair appointments
· Speaking with Housing Association clients and residents
· Scheduling operatives and subcontractors
· Monitoring live jobs from instruction through to completion
· Updating job management systems accurately
· Raising work orders and maintaining job records
· Supporting Contract Managers and operational teams
· Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
· Producing reports and spreadsheets when required
· Assisting with general office administration
· Helping identify issues before they become problems
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys helping people.
You’ll ideally have:
· Previous administration or scheduling experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Great attention to detail
· Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
· The ability to prioritise multiple tasks
· A positive, can-do attitude
· Excellent customer service skills
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
· Social Housing
· Property Maintenance
· Responsive Repairs
· Facilities Management
· Construction Administration
· Repairs Planning
· Scheduling or Coordination
· Simpro or similar job management software
However, we’re happy to provide training for the right person with the right attitude.
