For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking a Financial Controller to who partners closely with hotel management, combining strategic thinking with a strong hands‑on approach. Working closely with hotel management, you will analyze performance, develop forecasts, drive efficiency initiatives and translate financial data into clear, value‑adding business decisions.
- Act as a strategic financial partner to the executive management team, supporting business decisions and long‑term planning

Lead and coordinate the hotel’s budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes

Share responsibility for profitability, cost control and investment decisions, ensuring sustainable financial performance

Analyze cost structures, staffing levels and inventory processes, identifying risks, efficiencies and improvement opportunities

Actively support and train department heads in financial understanding, reporting and budget ownership

Ensure accurate financial reporting, transparency and compliance with internal and external standards
