We are looking for an enthusiastic, sociable individual with the ability to engage well with customers and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, a passion for craft beer is a bonus!
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
- Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and deal with requests and queries
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure accurate cash handling and process payments
- Ensure the space is well maintained and kept clean and tidy at all times
- Restock supplies and replenish inventory as needed
- Monitor and ensure compliance with licensing objectives
