We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team on a part-time basis.

Duties:
- Prepare & cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes & standards, ensuring consistency & quality
- Assist in food preparation & presentation to meet guest expectations
- Maintain cleanliness & organisation of workstations
- Follow all health & safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dishes & innovative menu ideas
- Restock ingredients & supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Experience:
- Prior experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment & food safety standards
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques & culinary practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
