Groups & Meetings Reservation Agent

About the Role
We are looking for a Groups & Meetings Reservation agent to manage meeting, conference, and group enquiries from initial contact through to contract stage. Acting as the key point of contact throughout the booking journey, you'll build strong client relationships, understand customer requirements, and create tailored proposals that convert enquiries into confirmed business.
Working closely with the hotel's operational teams, you'll ensure all booking details are accurately documented and communicated before seamlessly handing over confirmed events for delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, relationship building, and attention to detail, with a passion for creating great first impressions and securing new business.
Working Hours
37.5 working hours over five days plus a daily paid 30-minute break = 40 hours
Rota across the hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
