We’re looking for a hard-working individual able to keep up with our fast-paced work environment, with the ability to work well individually and as part of a team. There are opportunities to be trained on a wide variety of state-of-the-art equipment, and flexibility is a key requirement of this role. Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is not essential as full training will be provided. Some heavy lifting will be required.
Here’s where you come in:
We are seeking a positive, self-motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our busy production facility, operating:
- Bystronic Fibre laser cutter
- Bystronic press brake
- Transfluid tube bender
- Davi Plate rollers
- Webber Linisher
- Guillotine
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to specifications, ensuring precision and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed.
- Handle heavy lifting of materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and maintain a clean workspace.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and materials safely
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience with hand tools
