Summary
The Liquids and Packing Operative is responsible for working in the packing and liquids room and other warehouses on site daily.
Essential Functions/Competencies
- Work in the Packing Department to assist with picking and packing for all domestic and distributor orders
- Wrapping soap and packaging other products pertaining to both Christina May Brands & contract manufacturing clients
- Clean and maintain machines/instruments to enable daily procedures to continue
- Administrative duties relating to the successful dispatch of orders and effectively maintaining the required componentry
- Assisting on the various automated production & packing lines when required, including in other departments
- Keep warehouses stocked and tidy, including moving stock around the site with trolleys and pallet trucks where required
- Assist all teams in ensuring a healthy attitude and culture to the work tasks, processes, and procedures
- Ensure full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal requirements, including adherence to hygiene standards, documentation accuracy, product quality controls, equipment handling, and safety procedures as per company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Job Requirements/Education and Experience
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Strong communication
- Adaptable and resilient nature with a pragmatic and creative approach to problem
solving
- Valid driver’s license and own transport due to location of HQ
- Knowledge and experience of best practice for culture and H&S
- First Aid Certificate (advantage)
- Positive, motivated and enthusiastic approach
